Fear Verses Authority

Fear, How does it affect a Christian?
By Rev. Cathryn Ndyabagye

In the Bible fear means reverence for God.

Fear of people, and other things affects our spiritual walk. Fear is the core reason we let it hold us back from going forward, fear of failure, fear of juju, fear of people, fear of what others think.

All these affect our spiritual growth. How do we break these chains to be free from fear?

Jesus said, in John 14:21. "My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid."

Through Jesus we find peace and overcome fear. We should only fear God, and through fearing God by reverencing Him, He gives us peace.

Many things cause fear in our hearts, when a person messes with any satanic things like, idols, fortune telling, horoscopes, horror movies, and all the heathen practices. They affect your spirit. Many try to convince others that they are cool and good.

The bible also says this in Isaiah 5:20
20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

We can't mix darkness with light...

Fear is the core that the devil puts in your hearts with doubt, no self confidence, anxiety attacks, and the lack to find answers in God. The Lord can deliver you from your fears.

If you break away from opening your life up to evil things, and ask God to forgive you, he will replace your fear with peace.

The word of God is living and transforming if you dare to believe God to help you.

There are 5 scriptures that can help you overcome fear...

Deuteronomy 31:8 "He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."

Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Isaiah 43:1 "Don't fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine."

1 John 4:18 "Perfect Love Casts Out All Fear"

Psalm 18:2 "The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer."

Sharing Truth
Rev. Cathryn Ndyabagye

God has given me revelations about some things I need to share.

Revelation means: according to the Jewish Virtual Library...
REVELATION, an act whereby the hidden, unknown God shows Himself to man. ... and yadaʿ ("to know"), to express in biblical Hebrew the idea of revelation.

The word also says...
Amos 3:7 For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.

First Thing God Showed To Me
Juju is cursed with:
1. Jealousy
2. Imagination
3. fear

When you exercise these three things you can go to extremes. The enemy tries to play with the mind.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has to do with punishment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.

Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.

Those three things: Jealousy, Imagination and fear affect those who talk about juju in Africa. Even believers!

When you talk about juju all the time, blaming juju for everything, and watch juju movies, thus, filling your mind with juju again, it gives Satan a lot of attention, it will affect you too.

In Nigeria, people talked about juju as much as they talked about Jesus. They blamed accidents, and all deaths on juju. I knew they were incorrect. Many people die of natural causes, heart attacks, liver problems etc.

Speak life not death with your tongue!

If people put away the fear of a false God, or practice, stop watching juju movies, and fill their minds with the word, the blood of Jesus they would have no need to fear juju.

In Uganda, I observed that people who were believers or not, didnt help pray for juju people much, so many were not and still are not delivered. Instead, they burned their houses down.
They really thought this would stop the juju. But that doesn't. Only God can deliver them by the blood of Jesus. Amen!

Another Revelation I have been shown...

Poverty Spirit.
I don't know who started this, but its not correct.
There is no such thing. You know why?
Poor is from not working or being lazy.
Rich comes from working.

So this means poor and rich are a circumstance from what we cause ourselves. Not a spirit.

If God loves the poor and defends them, how can you call poor a spirit?

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,

We have to be careful what we say and not teach what goes against the word of truth. Amen!
We must teach it right.

Only evil spirits are of sin.
Poor is not a sin

What causes poverty, yes sin can! when God puts a plague on man for worshiping idol or being disobediance.

Example on Egypt..
But you can't call God's plague an evil Spirit when its an act of God. God used poverty as a plague, just as he did other kinds of plagues. Until the people repented.

What can causes poverty?
1. A punishment from God from disobedience.

Joshua 22:17 Have we not had enough of the sin at Peor from which even yet we have not cleansed ourselves, and for which there came a plague upon the congregation of the Lord.

2. Laziness
Proverbs 10:4 Lazy people are soon poor; hard workers get rich

3. Refusing to work.

Proverbs 21:25
25 Lazy people finally die of hunger because they won't get up and go to work.

So you don't have to fear if you are poor. The devil is a liar to put you down.

But also the lazy need to work.

Do not let the devil beat you up in your mind. Take authority over him. You run him out in Jesus name.

Sometimes we forget that we have power over him and that if we resist him, he will flee!!!

Don't buy into his lies about you can't do something, or your life is no good. We are warriors in Christ! Winners.

Don't you dare believe him. Take control and let the Holy Spirit lead you. Walk in the Spirit so your Spiritual eyes will be opened! (In the armor of God)

Strategic Warriors In Christ
Rev. Cathryn Ndyabagye

What does Strategic mean?
relating to the identification of long-term or overall aims and interests and the means of achieving them.

The Bible shares a scripture on faith as, Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.

Strategic with its meaning are the same. We set goals that God gives to us, or we request some needs to God, and many times we learn to act on them, so they will happen. And we learn, as we hope and keep busy in God until he answers things not fulfilled..

We can't say we want to be a doctor, if we don't try to find a college to be trained. We can't be a policeman if you don't go through a police academy or training. A man can't get money, by just begging from, he must work. Then God will help us as we work we work with our hands.

What ever your talents are, and what God made you good at, He will use in you. Not just for yourself, but as unto Him.
Don't forget God, He should be the one leading you in your plans. And He gets all the glory..

Being a Strategic Warrior in Christ is knowing how to arm yourself spiritually and know His promises. To allow the Holy Spirit to transform you in the word of God.. To be bold in the Lord, and to reach the goals He shows you. To communicate to God, and spend time alone with him in prayer.

No matter your profession or title, He can use you, just where you are.

Jesus said, in John 10:10b I have come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly. What does abundant mean? To have superabundance of a thing. 'Abundant life', refers to
Life in its abounding fullness of Joy, and strength for mind, body and soul.

I'm not talking about money here as most people think of. It's about following God closely, and being strong in Him, so you can get direction from Him, to be the best you can be in Him. Yes, he will show you your talent and purpose, you have to be responsible enough to act on them, to make those goals happen. He will help you.

Yes, he will meet your financial need too, and you have to be wise and know how to budget. It's not just about greed for money. That always fails. If you stay focused in God, you will reach where He wants you to be. Being wise is first. Wisdom comes from God.

So, He first wants us to have Him in our hearts, know the word, then see purpose that he has for you. Then joy, and peace, will rule your mind. It's growing and hearing his voice.

We are not wimpy warriors. We are strong in Him. And we must be willing to grow and mature to be that way. Amen we should be confident in God right?

As warriors for Christ, we need to learn powerful scriptures that pertain to us being Strategic Warriors. Read the word and look them up.

Ephesians 6, starting with verse 10 and read to verse 18. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness... Keep reading and find out what each mean

We must study to know the responsibility of wearing each armored parts so we will know how to be strong in God. That's how we learn to overcome evil and do good. We are in a spiritual warfare, so it's important to know, and live scripture. Know Jesus and have a loving relationship with Him.

Jesus taught faith as in commanding with your mouth, because we should speak life and there is power in the tongue. To use it to build up not tear a person down.

Jesus said, if we have faith of a mustard seed we can say to a mountain to move.
How can we make things move if we don't speak? That power He gives to us. We speak scripture!

We have to really grasp and believe what Jesus said,
Nothing is impossible with God
Ask anything in My name and the Father will give it to you.
Do not fear, IAM with you. Remember that I AM is God's name.
They that wait upon the Lord. We have to be able to wait on God and not get ahead of Him.

We are Strategic Warriors because we stay focused on God's promises in the word. We stand on those promises.

We allow the Holy Spirit to teach us so we will have direction and learn in God. For God's will.

We do not cower, nor waver, or doubting, as those do, who do not believe fully. We shall not be moved. Nothing can separate us from the love of God. When God is in us, we are strong in love for others.

We are not weak, we are strong.
We are not poor, we are spiritually rich in God. We are overcomes in Christ. We are warriors for Christ.

Strategic Warriors never quit, and we keep reaching our goal in God's divine assignment for our lives.

Lord help us die to the flesh, and live in your Holy Spirit. Teach us to be strong in you and not doubt in our asking. Use us for your glory and we praise you in Jesus name Amen

Learning to love and respect God by fearing Him.
By Rev. Cathryn Ndyabagye

When their is no fear of authority, there is no respect.

The Bible says to fear God. Why? It's a fear of respect to show reverence to God.

We fear and respect our parents so we don't get disciplined, and because we love them.

By fearing and respecting God, he draws close to us. He is our creator, Father and is the Great I AM.

The first mention of the fear of God in the Hebrew Bible is in Genesis 22:12, where Abraham is commended for putting his trust in God. ... Proverbs 9:10 says that "fear of the Lord" is "the beginning of wisdom".

Have you noticed that rebellious people lack respect for and fear for authority? They go against authority and do not use wisdom.

It's very important for us to understand this so we can learn wisdom from God and be obedient to him with a humble heart.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.

What are other reasons we should fear God?

Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate.

Jesus taught us this...

Matthew 10:28
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

The fear of God keeps us from evil...it also brings us wisdom.

Job 28:28 And he said to man, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.’”

Psalm 33:8
Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!

Why should I worry, why should I fret?
My God has never failed me yet!
He keeps his word, it stands so true
Without Jesus, what would we do?

God is kind, loving and sweet
And he knows how to plant our feet.
He gives us a solid foundation
Sweet perfume, the spirit to guide us
Faith to grow in full bloom.
...
Be not weary in well doing
Trust and Give God your life
His yoke is easy and burden is light
Never give up on Jesus, You will win the fight

The fight is not with flesh or blood
It's against principalities and powers of the evil one
We are more than conquerors in Jesus
Solders of the cross--Overcomers in Him!
Hold fast your faith and keep steady in His Word

Jesus is coming soon
Maybe morning night or noon.
Let us be ready for that mighty day
So we will all be taken away
So remember to always watch and pray!

Love you all with all my heart
Agape love will never depart
God's special love he gives within our hearts
To edify and lift each other up
May we always have the compassion of Christ.

Be blessed,

The. Heavenly Hosts - The Armies Of God
Rev. Cathryn Ndyabagye

God made us warriors for him as stated in

1 Corinthians 10:4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

Our weapons are the hosts of heaven. We are warriors for Christ and the Heavenly Hosts are there to back us up.

Did you ever think about Why God made Michael the Archangel and his armies of heaven? They surely are not needed in heaven. Why God is called the Lord of Hosts?

God has his own army. He made them to fight dark evil spirits and demons for believers.

They go against evil to clear the way for us, so we are not attacked. The scripture in Corinthians is speaking about the armies of heaven.

Yes we need our spiritual armor on too, and the armies of heaven are our backup.

You can look up the reference scriptures to see how they helped people in the old Testament and how they will help God's people.

If you want your home, your city, your country loosed from dark evil spirits, you can ask the Hosts of Heaven to clear the way for you. And wherever you go, and you will not be attacked. And they will gladly do it. They are waiting for us to ask. We don't pray to them we just tell them to unblock evil blocks in our life, and remove evil spirits around us. They are experts and very very large. They are heavenly beings.

They are ready to help you and me. I have done this and saw a difference in my life.

As Christians we do not use the authority God gave us enough, we need to know warrior angels are ready to fight for is.

Warrior angels are not like other angels, they are each a being, each has their own duty as a host of heaven, that goes against Satan. The warriors are headed by Michael the Archangel.

The bible states how Angels take charge of us. They protect and defend believers.

Psalm 91:11-12 New King James Version (NKJV)
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall [bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.

Those words are powerful my friend. They will help us anytime we need it. All we have to do is tell them. Soldiers go by orders, and they are waiting for ours. That is why God made them.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. That are our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.

Need to fight off attacks from Satan? Call on the heavenly hosts, and they will remove all that evil, and you so you won't be attacked. Amen

In closing I want you to think of what Christ said. We have the same authority in Christ...

Matthew 26:52-53 New King James Version (NKJV)
52 But Jesus said to him, “Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will [a]perish by the sword. 53 Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels?

Refusing to Have A Rebel Spirit

By Rev. Cathryn

Ndyabagye

What is rebellion?

The word rebellion is commonly defined as (1): “An act of violent or open resistance to an established government or ruler; the action or process of resisting authority, control, or convention.” Synonyms of the word rebellion are defiance, disobedience, and subordination. Simply stated rebellion is the defiance or disobedience against authority.

There are many ways you can be a rebel but the main one to be concerned about is being a rebel to God.

This means you do not seek God in your plans

You do not obey God.

That you are not teachable when someone warns you and you go your own ways, and do not listen or learn right ways..

You live in sin and think it's ok to justify it.

You t think God accepts your sin.

God says woe unto the rebel children in Isaiah 30th Chapter.

He wants children who obey and submit themselves to God and to His ways.

Being a rebel can also be when a person or child does not submit to parents or those in authority over them. Such as work, a boss, etc. We must be willing to obey and submit to authorities like the government. God says to obey the laws of the land.

Romans 13

[ Submit to Government ] Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same.

Complaining is another way to be considered a rebel.

Many died by complaining in the Old Testament.

During the times of the wandering in the desert the Israelites complained because of the heavenly manna that was dropped to earth by God for them to eat each day. They complained because they wanted meat. Because of all their complaints they wandered in the desert and died from the meat that God allow they to have

from their grumblings.

God would rather see a person with a thankful heart rather than a rebel who complains. Another form of a rebel who can't believe in God or have faith.

In the Old Testament the children who were rebellious were stoned to death. But remember since Jesus came there is forgiveness!

The Rebellious Son

18 “If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have chastened him, will not heed them, 19 then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city. 20 And they shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’ 21 Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones; so you shall put away the evil from among you, and all Israel shall hear and fear.

We can be a rebel and go our own ways or obey God and embrace authrority over us. Being a good steward. We don't have to rebel and complain. We can submit and allow ourselves to learn something. That way we can grow and mature into a wonderful Christian person.

What do you choose to do? Rebel or submit to God?

Heed his call and be blessed!

Avoiding the Baal Spirit,
Choose the Holy Spirit in Jesus!

Baal was an idol back in The old testament. It was started by a couple named Ahab and Jezebel. They were evil rulers who used everyone for their own gain.

They had children killed, used other people's money. Jezebel was seducing. These people are Not an example to follow.

Today we still have the Spirit of baal with us. Don't believe me? They errected a Baal tower in New York.

Abortions by the millions happen all over, not only in America. Killing children.

Pastors who beg are like Baal. They use people for their own gain.

When people realize that Jesus was a giver not a user, that we are to follow his example, then the need to kill and take from people will not be the priority.

Jesus gives life, not death.
The bible says He is the God of the living not the dead. We all choose which way we will go.

I never will follow the ways of Baal and will never agree with those ways.

May we know the word and allow it to transform our life in Jesus and allow it to open our eyes. Amen!

Being Responsible in all you do. How?
Praying
Planning according to what you have.
Getting a job before you get married to secure your family.
Having children when you can afford it.
Budget your money and set priorities for your family.

1 Timothy 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

Create a job or find ways to generate income.
Don't start projects before you have the money to pay for them.
Make sure you have all supplies before you build so it can be built complete.

Luke 14:28
For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

Don't lean on people to pay your bills, stand on your own feet and be responsible to take care of it yourself.
Don't take on financial obligations unless you can afford to pay them.
Always take care of the needs of your family.
Find out resources from friends about how you can find a job.
Don't be lazy.
Find solutions yourself.
God will direct you if you are responsible.

By doing these things you will be more self-sufficient and you won't follow the Baal spirit.

Gal. 6:5
For each man will bear his own burden.

Don't take on projects that you expect others to pay.
That is not responsible. That's using people.

These are things God teaches in the word.

1 Timothy 5:8
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

Eph. 4:28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.

Philippians 2:4
Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
